The Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery and Reform (DPENDR) is uniting Irish government departments to develop citizen-centred services using a 'Life Events' approach. Commissioned to support this vision, we undertook the 'birth' life event and used service design methods to develop a better understanding of how parents' currently engage with public services in Ireland.
Resilico is a suite of digital products aimed to help people and organisations become more prepared for flooding. This project resulted in a user-friendly 'flood compliance' service that helps UK property and business owners learn about flood risks and gives accurate data to insurers, lenders, and government agencies.
The Cumulus platform provides data and insight to clinical trials that improve the delivery of new therapies to patients. We delivered a comprehensive review of the patient and researcher user experience and developed a new design system which implements the new brand identity. This enabled a major pilot study and laid foundations for a consistent user experience across future releases and studies.
