The Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of user-centred digital products and services. You’ll work alongside experienced designers and researchers, gaining hands-on experience in UX, service design, and product development in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
This is an ideal role for someone with emerging skills in digital design and a desire to grow quickly through practical project work, client collaboration, and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of digital products and services
- Support UX research, including analysis, synthesis, and idea generation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, UI assets, and design system components
- Assist in content design and interface design for web and mobile platforms
- Participate in workshops, research sessions, and design critiques
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and researchers across projects
What You Bring
- Up to 1 year of professional design experience (desirable, not essential)
- Skills in UX, product design, or service design
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI
- Some experience with user research and/or content design
- A portfolio that demonstrates your process and design thinking
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to develop your skills
