The Role

We are searching for a Project Manager to join our diverse team and further enhance our capability in the delivery of design and digital consultancy services. You will be responsible for leading the delivering of solutions that meet our clients’ needs, planning and coordinating work and estimating as well as managing project budgets.

For this position, we need to know that you can support us in winning business, work effectively with our customers and be fully aware of how design and technology can help us achieve our goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a project manager, you understand the difference between agile and waterfall practices and use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver digital design projects within quality, time and budget requirements.

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
  • Break projects into achievable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to individuals and manage schedules
  • Support Directors in tenders and bids for new work
  • Prepare estimates, budgets and project proposals
  • Manage multiple projects to agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Liaise with clients to define, understand and communicate needs to the project team
  • Become a trusted expert to clients and take responsibility for delivery and quality
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Issue contracts and terms of engagement
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports using tools including Asana, Google Workspace and Notion
  • Ensure the highest possible standards through appropriate quality assurance measures
  • Make a positive contribution to team motivation and morale

Must Haves

  • 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Have worked in a project management capacity on a range of digital projects (including projects over £100k in value)
  • Have experience working with or leading a design team
  • Have experience in contributing to successful bid and tender processes
  • Skilled at planning and coordinating digital projects
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Can handle pressure and able to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Are able to travel — assuming it is safe to do so — occasionally, with advance planning
  • Eligible to work in NI

Nice to Haves

  • 3rd level degree in a related discipline
  • Experience planning and estimating projects in a business development capacity
  • Experience working in a project management capacity on large public sector digital projects
